You will meet all engineering and process-related criteria needed for assigned DRAM products, organizing and prioritizing logistics and resource allocations to meet scheduled deadlines.In this position, you will collaborate with Micron's design and verification teams worldwide. You will be encouraged to understand various circuit design protocols, different fab processes, mask generation techniques, and tapeout processes and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Design and verify all levels of analog and digital layoutUse computer-aided design software (i.e., Cadence, Calibre, etc.)Work with design engineers to floor plan and design layoutUnderstand and follow verification protocolsApply custom and/or automated layout techniques to design pitch, array, and peripheral layout for digital and analog circuitsRequirements:Interface with design engineering to understand layout methodologyPossess basic understanding of circuit design and electronicsUnderstand tape-out processes and proceduresApply fab process knowledge, including Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Optical Proximity Correction (OPC)Micron is an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
