Dram Design Layout Engineer

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:Design and Verification of Analog and Digital CircuitsUse computer-aided design software (Cadence, Calibre, Virtuoso)Floorplan and design layout with Design EngineersUnderstand and follow verification protocolsApply custom and automated layout techniquesSolve layout effects (ANT, LUP, ESD, etc.
)Develop and Maintain Technical KnowledgeInterface with Design Engineers to understand layout methodologyPossess basic understanding of circuit designUnderstand tape-out processes and proceduresApply fab process knowledge (DFM, OPC)Manage Project-Based EnvironmentOrganize, prioritize, and manage logistics and resource allocationsPrioritize tasks to meet schedules and deadlinesProactively develop methodologies to resolve issuesGuide layout designers for professional developmentRequired Experience and Qualifications4+ years of experience in Cadence VLE/VXL and Calibre DRC/LVSBachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Biomedical Engineering or similarMicron Technology offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
