The successful candidate will assist with overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits. A bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience or a master's degree with 5+ years of experience is required. Additionally, the candidate should have +3 years of experience as a team leader or manager with a team size of >5 people.Preferred QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have good understanding of ASIC design flow including RTL design, verification, logic synthesis, and timing analysis. Experience in ASIC timing constraints generation and timing closure using STA tools (Primetime) and the associated design flow is also preferred.Estimated Salary: $150,000-$180,000 per yearMicron offers a competitive salary range based on qualifications and experience.
