Dram Design Tech Layout Engineer

The company aims to enrich life for all by transforming how the world uses information.The DRAM Engineering Group Technology (DEGT) Layout Designer role involves translating schematics into layout used for the creation of fabrication reticles.
This requires meeting engineering and process-related criteria for an assigned DRAM product, organizing logistics, and prioritizing resource allocations to meet scheduled deadlines.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Biomedical Engineering or similar, with some electrical engineering background.
They will be responsible for designing and verifying all levels of analog and digital layout using computer-aided design software, working with Design Engineers to floor plan and design layout, and applying custom and/or automated layout techniques.This role also involves developing and maintaining technical knowledge, interfacing with design engineering to understand layout methodology, possessing basic understanding of circuit design, and understanding tape out processes and procedures.
Additionally, the candidate will prioritize tasks to attain schedules and deadlines, proactively develop methodologies to resolve issues, and apply fab process knowledge, including Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Optical Proximity Correction (OPC).Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
