- Your role will be managing the Compute DRAM verification team to work on advanced High speed DRAM memory, such as DDR5, in Core Compute DRAM Engineering Group.
- As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will lead in developing digital/analog mix-signal verification methodology for advanced DRAM products, as well as design and implementation of mix-signal design verification environment.
- As an important part of responsibility, you will partner with other verification functional team on test benches and test vectors development, using digital and analog simulation tools.
- You may need to travel to other Micron sites for technical communication, project support.
