Dram Media Health Product Development Engineer

This role will be responsible for enabling Micron's products with flawless and issue-free release to both internal and external customers.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in probe testing, new product development, functional and design validation, and product yield enhancement. They will be responsible for improving probe testing coverage, quality, and on DRAM products, as well as developing creative testing algorithms to improve testing efficiency.In this role, the Product Engineer will work closely with various engineering groups to resolve process/defects-related issues, perform electrical/physical failure analysis, and utilize statistical tools for detailed data analysis on products to drive yield improvement projects.With a relentless focus on customers, technology leadership, and manufacturing and operational excellence, Micron delivers a rich portfolio of high-performance DRAM, NAND, and NOR memory and storage products through their Micron and Crucial brands.
