.Discovery Land Company's location in Los Cabos México, Chileno Bay Golf and Beach Club, is currently seeking a **DRC Architectural Analyst **, that will be responsible of: Reviewing every new and/or remodel project submitted for approval to the Design Review Committee by the Members and/or their Architects. The DRC Architectural Analyst will ensure that all proposed designs comply with the Design Guidelines (DGL) of Chileno Bay Golf & Beach Club and El Dorado Golf & Beach Club. The position will assist the Design Review Committee (DRC) by writing the response letters to the Homeowners.This person shall act as a senior level representative in matters requiring interface with members and their architects, building engineers, specialty consultants, contractors, and interior designers.**_Key Responsibilities:_**- Develop and maintain project notes supported by the DGL to communicate the result of the project review.- Propose alternative of solutions to the submitted project elements to obtain DRC approval letter. Maintain consistency with the project approval criteria- Maintain the workloads and assignments of projects to review.- Review construction in progress to ensure conformance to approved plans and specifications.- Assist with project, submittals during construction.**_ Required Education:_**- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in Architecture.**_ Skills and Qualifications:_**- 7-10 years of experience in architectural design, luxury level projects.- Preferred as a previously registered Architect at some point in career.- Preferred experience in similar position or as part of a consultant team for the design reviews of high end residential and golf club homes and developments with Design Guidelines regulations.- Basic computer skills should include the following programs: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint,- Specialized software process and functional familiarity only, may include AutoCAD, Sketch-up, BIM 360, REVIT, Bluebeam or similar drafting and modeling software.- Ability to review, analyze, and make recommendations regarding design plans. For DRC approval- Ability to supervise and plan the work of technical and professional subordinates.- Ability to communicate in writing, clearly and concisely, specifically with demanding clients, architects and designers.- Ability to clearly communicate orally and in writing, and specifically with details to demanding clients and executive leadership.- Ability to interpret and carry out complex oral and written instructions including the reading and interpretation of technical documents, blueprints, and specifications.- Ability to establish and maintain effective communication with consultants.- Considerable knowledge of the modern principles, processes and practices of architecture, engineering, construction, and interior design.- Considerable knowledge of construction methods and materials, pre-construction,, platting, and inspections
