It is about being a passionate ambassador for your country, the brand, and our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate vehicle in a safe manner in compliance with traffic law and government regulations.Ensure amazing meet and wonderful experience through punctuality, personalized service, and professional appearance in Discova-branded materials.Perform pre- and post-trip inspection of the vehicle and report any mechanical or safety issues to Fleet Admin.Maintain the vehicle clean and sanitized following Discova H&S procedures.Ensure that services with specific amenities are identified and that the amenities are ready for the passenger's arrival time (including specific food and beverage, car seats, disabled services, etc.).Utilize navigation applications to determine the best route.Courteously interact with customers and ensure customers are serviced in a professional and timely manner.Essential Qualifications and ExperienceFluent in national local language and English.Valid driving license in category AF.Currently located in Cancún.Skills and AttributesWell-developed problem-solving skills.Customer centric with commitment to high standards of service delivery.Flexible rotating roster that may include late nights, weekends, and early mornings.Ability to work with uncertainties/changing priorities and under pressure.Personally aligned with Discova's company purpose and values.Proficient with various navigation apps.About UsFinally, if you are successful, you will find out that working with Discova is more than just a job.
