Key responsibilities Operate vehicle in a safe manner in compliance with traffic law and government regulations. Ensure amazing meet and wonderful experience through punctuality, personalized service, and professional appearance in Discova-branded materials. Performs pre- and post- trip inspection of vehicle and reports any mechanical or safety issues to Fleet Admin. Maintain the vehicle clean and sanitized following Discova H&S procedures. Ensures that services with specific amenities are identified and that the amenities are ready for the passenger's arrival time (including specific food and beverage, car seats, disabled services, etc.) Utilizing navigation applications to determine the best route. Courteously interacts with customers and ensuring customers are serviced in a professional and timely manner. Valid driving license in category AF. Currently located in Cancún. Skills and Attributes Well-developed problem-solving skill. Customer centric with commitment to high standards of service delivery. Flexible rotating roster that may include late nights, weekends, and early mornings Ability to work with uncertainties/changing priorities and under pressure.
