We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Queretaro's office.**Shift availability**:**Monday to Saturday: 12:00 pm to 21:00 pm****Monday to Saturday**:11:00 pm to 7:00 am****English proficiency is a must****Responsibilities**:- Ensuring compliance of company's safety and operations policies and procedure by regular review meetings with staff and monitoring company's CVOR-safety rating, driver vehicle inspections on monthly basis.- Be direct partner of Dispatch team to auditing for each driver to make sure they are in comply with hours of service- Schedule and dispatch drivers to pick up and deliver loads to and from customers.- Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and establish new routes for timely deliveries.- Assist driver with routing directions and communicate proper execution.- Maintain high compliance to dispatch standards and operating procedures.- Communicate specific freight requirements and procedures to drivers.- Update customer web portals with up-to-date load information.- Enforce safety procedures such as monitoring driver reports to ensure equipment safety.**Requirements**:- Minimum 2 to 5 years experience working with Drivers or operators direct contact, transportation company or fleet operational positions- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Good time management with an ability to prioritize and delegate work amongst a group- Computer proficiency - excellent MS Office skills, must be comfortable with new software and interfaces- Able to work in a loud, fast-paced environment- Available to work on some weekends**Benefits**:- Competitive Salary- International training- Healthcare Benefit Package- Life Insurance- Career Growth- Food coupons
