Carry out transportation for the Facility Manager and his family, also carries out safety analysis of the routes to be followed during transportations, in and out of the city. Also provides safe transportation services to foreign personnel and their families in Mexico, Visitors and Suppliers who have business relationship with the Company, and other Caterpillar Inc. special visits in Mexico and the USA.**JOB DUTIES**:The responsible for this position must keep updated on new GPS technologies requirements, communication systems and road regulations of the cities they visit, verify that the vehicle complies with all legal and safety requirements for each city to be visited and must also elaborate a proper analysis of routes and points of emergency assistance of places to be visited such as offices, plants, hotels and restaurants.1.Operate armored and regular vehicles for the safe transportation of the Directors, and Caterpillar Special Visitors.2.Use radio communication devices, personal computer, Internet and GPS knowledge to provide services with safety and protection.3.Develop monthly reports of services provided by Business Unit to be sent to Security Management.4.Provide security conditions information for transportations and receive updates and instructions of operation in staff transportation.5.Maintain constant communication with the control center in order to stay updated on security conditions of routes during personnel transportation.6.Developing along with Control Center Operators programs and agendas for visitors.7.Provide information of company vehicles physical conditions.
