Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time._- Inspect vehicle daily ensuring cleanliness, proper operating condition and in compliance with all state and local laws.- Punctual and safety focused driving to and from international border to NGIC office location, transporting executives.- Help NGIC Executives to get migration permits and visas while crossing international border.- Shipping, receiving and transport, either local or international, of persons or materials ordered by the different departments as requested.- To deliver and or receive official paperwork from different government departments such as Secofi, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Customs, Migration, Social Security, Infonavit, Sar, Banks, etc.- Ordering of vehicle gas cards.- Manage and report expiration of insurance coverage, registration, etc.- Support administrative activities in HR department when his schedule let it.- Participate in the company's motivational and or recreational activities.**Requirements**:**Minimum Skills and Competencies**:- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Must also meet and maintain NGIC driver's eligibility requirements- Must be able to work a varied schedule.
