Responsibilities & Qualifications_General Information- Ability to manage time and routes.- Knowledge of routes and safe places for personal circulation and the construction team and project management.- Open and transparent communication- Familiarity with GPS devices or map apps.- Transport of the project personnel, from the Cd to the Compression Station, Inspectors CM's or PM's and directors from the airports to the hotels and vice versa.- Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks.- Support to office administrator and other administrative needs.- Interact with co-workers with a professional conduct.- Maintain an organized travel schedule (transfer times and movements).- Make sure that Pool vehicles have enough gasoline and are always ready for use.- Notify the CM/ADMON of the project for vehicle repairs when necessary.- Updating of monthly mileage records, as well as filling out travel forms in the Pulpomatic system.- Updating monthly mileage records.- Driving a variety of vehicles, including pickups 4x4, cars, van, etc.- Availability to work extended hours depending on work activities.
