The objective is to constantly look and implement improvements to our product in order to increase Driver partners' experience and engagement while they generate income day by day.Role Responsibilities:**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:- Build deep and product-driven insights and understanding of the ride-hailing business from a driver experience perspective while being data driven ALWAYS.- Data Analytics: data masters with Excel data processing and analyzing- Ensure collaboration with other teams across Latam and China to improve operational productivity & user experience.- Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well.
