**About Us**PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1980 by Paul Allen Maestri as a 5-truck operation. Our culture is unique in that we offer the growth opportunities of a large company but still maintain that "small-town" feeling and community here at PAM.**About This Opportunity****Schedule**Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm. **(some Sundays will need to be on guard)****Responsibilities**- Recruit top driver talent to the fleet- Aggressively conduct recruiting activities daily to source new driver talent.- Accountable for hires by maintaining 11 hires (drivers) per 4-week period.- Field in-bound phone inquiries from recruits generated from various media sources.- Enter accurate and timely recruitment-oriented activity in the recruitment dashboard and Tenstreet database.- Phone screen applicants on DOT common questions (English evaluations).- Schedule qualified applicants for pre-employment drug screens, physicals, and B1 onboarding.- Coordinate and welcome approved applicants on the onboarding process.- Assist and coordinate orientation details with departments and the applicant as needed.- Follow all safety department specified documentation processes and procedures to ensure DOT- compliance.- Route concerns or questions from current drivers to the appropriate department- Handle recruitment oriented special projects as assigned by the department leader. This may include checking in on drivers that arrive on weekends.- Strong background in sales and recruiting, with specific experience in B1 driver recruitment.- Familiarity with B1 operations and a solid understanding of the trucking industry.- Excellent English language skills, including the ability to evaluate English proficiency through testing.- Proven ability to prioritize talent over convenience and a commitment to building a successful team.**What We Offer**- Legal benefits.- Major medical expense insurance.- Savings fund.- 20 days of annual bonus.- 3 additional vacation days per year.- Performance BonusPAM Transport is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and a drug-free workplace.
