**About this phenomenal opportunity!**The DS Customer Project Manager drives large and sophisticated Professional Services engagements towards Ericsson's customers. This role also supports the HoSD and Program Director with extensive technical knowledge. By taking on the CFR role, in addition to the Delivery projects this profile is the overall responsible for the overall financial and operation health of the project towards a successful delivery, especially for:- The overall solution- The overall cost estimation- The delivery model (mix of on-shore, near-shore, and off-shore resources)- Financial effective control of projects- Successful execution and conclusion of the projectsOnce the project is won, the DS Customer Project Manager is the accountable of all deliveries under his purview, until the complete fulfillment of the contract, ensuring the continuity from pre-sales to delivery, actively seeking to improve top and bottom lines with due consideration to customer happiness and Ericsson's business objectives since these programs often have visible impact on the Business Unit and corporate results.**What you will do**Additionally, to the CFR and delivery activities, there are more tasks assigned such as:- Building a strong Customer Relationship at C-Level (IT, Engineering, Marketing, Finance etc.).
