About Our Client: Our client is an e-commerce marketing agency that helps brands grow their online presence and drive sales.
They've built and scaled successful e-commerce brands themselves, and now use that experience to help their clients achieve the same.
From website design to email marketing, they provide custom strategies that align with each client's goals.
What You'll Do: What You'll Do: Manage Email Campaigns: Create, schedule, and run email campaigns in Klaviyo, focusing on engagement, conversions, and customer retention.
Optimize Email Flows: Set up and refine automated flows like welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, and post-purchase sequences to improve results.
Oversee Shopify Account: Manage product uploads, optimize listings, update website content, and monitor site performance to enhance the shopping experience.
Run Paid Media Campaigns: Develop and manage social media ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, focusing on driving traffic and sales.
Analyze Performance: Track and interpret key metrics across email, paid media, and Shopify (e.g., open rates, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates) to inform strategy and improve results.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align campaigns and projects with broader strategies.
You'll act as the final checkpoint, reviewing concepts and ensuring everything is ready before launch.
Segment Audiences: Build and refine email lists and ad targeting based on customer behavior and engagement to deliver personalized, impactful campaigns.
Is This You?
We're looking for candidates who are experienced in at least one of the following areas: Email Marketing: Hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, including list segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign management.
Paid Media: Proficiency in creating and managing paid ad campaigns across social platforms, with an understanding of performance metrics and optimization strategies.
Shopify Management: Familiarity with Shopify, including product uploads, site maintenance, and optimization for e-commerce success.
Additionally, you have: E-Commerce Knowledge: An understanding of how email, paid media, and Shopify work together to drive sales and customer engagement.
Analytical Skills: The ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies to achieve better results.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for ensuring all content is accurate, consistent, and on-brand before launching campaigns.
English Proficiency: Comfortable communicating and writing in English for U.S.-based clients.
