We're proud of that and we see it as a genuine source of strength for building high performing teams.Key Responsibilities:Delivery as per Area budget:Lead and set direction for the Air & LCL DTS sales team according to budget – both on delivering ocean volume and growing revenue and optimizing profits.Set, establish and develop a team towards boosting double-digit Air & LCL organic business growth.Coach and drive sales team to sell and grow Air & LCL business.Probe and identify customer needs and provide tailor-made solutions.Understand the market local dynamics and translate that into business outcomes.Elaborate, articulate, and follow up a short-long term strategy that responds to business objectives.Research and analyze competitive and industry trends.Entertain conversations with senior stakeholders and decision makers with larger impact and responsibility within our customers.Maintain constant communication to our customers regarding changes in contracting, conditions, and rates.Ensure that close won business opportunities translate into materialized business outcomes.Manage stakeholders across the area, region, and global functions:Actively provide feedback to the Direct transport Sales Head based on customer feedback and insights.Establish routines with Area heads of Air & LCL to boost alignment and efficient commercial efforts.Actively connect and engage with sales teams overseas to enhance network selling
