The Due diligence analyst is responsibr verifying all submitted documents, perform due diligence procedures and ensure compliance with the existing laws on each country.
Ensure information and documentation provided are correct.
Conduct analysis to review and asses any risk on tnancial information provided.
Maintain high standards, high productivity to produce executive memorandums.
Lead the M&A and operational team to integrate the new company within our existing systems, ie ERP
General Responsibilities
Perfonancirecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
Analynancial data and creanancial moder decision support
Report nancial performance and prepar regular leadership reviews
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendatior improvements
Provide analysis of trends arecasts and recommend actior optimization
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and
ad-hoc reports, and toolsAnalyze the market and identify opportunitir growth and potential risks
Importante empresa / Qualifications
A university degree and 4-6 years of Importante empresa
Must be a team player able to work inst-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or rnal customers
