We are looking for Maintenance Manager to join our HR team. Based in Durango – Mexico . Main responsibilities :
Lead and organize the maintenance personnel, team is conformed by supervisors, leaders and technicians. Create strategies to maintain a good performance of the Department in order to achieve the department KPIs as Down time, MTBF, preventive and predictive maintenance accomplishment. Control of the budget assigned to maintenance within the limits stablished in the management plan. Analyze current expenses and create projects for maintenance cost reduction. Lead and perform expansion projects related to installation of new acquired production and support equipment. Management of the CAPEX projects, related to building expansion and/or machinery installation. Support to all departments to comply with legal requirements. Support to production in order to achieve the planned targets of productivity and scrap. Lead and perform the annual preventive maintenance. Management of the spare parts warehouse. Control the external repairs, having an exact record of those spare parts sent for repair externally. Control of the 6 S in the maintenance areas and other places where the maintenance team perform a repair . Who are we looking for? The Ideal Candidate should have the following skills:
Electric or Electronic Engineering .
5 years in the position of maintenance manager .
Minimum experience of 3 years in automotive Industry .
Spanish and English ( good level of speaking and writing) .
Teamwork with interdisciplinary departments .
Actively explore and understand customer needs .
