Unleash your potential as a Duty Station Manager, your main tasks include, among others: Conducting daily flight briefings with personnel where feasible Steering, monitoring and troubleshooting all station related processes and handling of special interests (e.g.
UM, AVIH, DGR, MEDA, SEAL, etc) Coordinating logistical support of audits Monitoring catering, VDB/DBC, SOKO processes while ensuring that these, as well as baggage delivery and hotels in case of irregularities Checking carrier's invoices, initiating and requesting corrections and credits Intervening in case of shortcoming Having functional authority over the LHG and supplier staff members Preparing the duty plan and daily duty roster Collaborating with authorities and internal stakeholders in regard to regulations * Takeover of additional tasks when is required Flight privileges, Discounts / shopping, Hybrid working possible, Flexible working hours, Development programs / Training opportunities, Education, Flex Holidays, Healthcare, Life Insurance, Paid maternity and paternity leave Are you ready to take this challenge?
Look over the following requirements: High School diploma required Bachelor's/Master's degree desirable Minimum 2-3 years of work experience required Minimum 1 year of demonstrated work experience in ground operations required Leadership experience required Fluency in English & Spanish language required Individual LHG operator's specifics Knowledge of airport procedures Successful completion of Training in Passenger Service and Aircraft Handling (including but not limited to DCS systems) MS Office knowledge as user Detail orientation Excellent communication skills Excellent problem solving Strong adaptability Willingness to travel Must possess a valid passport Must possess permit to work in Mexico Shift work/overtime A psychological assessment may be required * CV/Resume & Cover Letter required * Company will not provide relocation assistance
