**The DVC Implementation Leader will be responsible for leading all activities related to the implementation of the Smart Manufacturing Program across multiple LATAM Plants in collaboration with local and functional teams.
Smart Manufacturing is LATAM's Digital Transformation initiative for our Manufacturing Plants.
The DVC Lead will work with local and functional teams on the development of implementation and execution activities, with Change Leaders on the design and implementation of change/communication strategies, and will set priorities to achieve Program KPIs on time and on budget
