**DVC Sell Project Resource**
**Main Purpose**
**Accountabilities**:
- Lead CRM Capability implementation across LATAM.
- Lead technical solution with Program Team including PwC, IT Hub from Hyderabad, LATAM IT & DATA Management support
- Assess, re design and implement new process of ustomer Service across LATAM,
- Become SME of new process and technology
- Connect with GBS Ops design to help design future organization
- Change Agent to guide and support local teams with new process requirements
- Support Data function in assessing all stages of Data Strategy: From Setting the landscape to defining Sustain strategy
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**Who are we looking for?
**
- Minimum 3 years of Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales
- Computer literate - Advanced Excel, Power Point
- Software: Blue Yonder, SAP, Salesforce (preferred)
- Language: Spanish / English fluent
- Experience with large scale change initiatives
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Project management and leadership skills
- High level of independence with troubleshooting in different stages of project
- Experience deploying IT Tools and solutions in operations (preferred)
- Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
- Skilled at collaborating across function, sector, and business boundaries effectively
- Team Work and Leadership/Coaching capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively up and down the organization
Education: Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Engineering

- Ability to handle high-volume, multiple priorities
