We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.Apply now for the position of Project Manager!Your role:Project Coordination and ManagementOversee OTC-related projects (Order to Cash), ensuring alignment with business goals.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate between various teams such as functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.SAP OTC Implementation and SupportCollaborate on SAP OTC module configurations and customizations.Ensure seamless integration of OTC processes like order management, invoicing, and accounts receivable.Manage system testing, user training, and go-live activities.Stakeholder CommunicationAct as a liaison between technical teams and business units.Facilitate clear communication to ensure project requirements and deliverables are met.Performance MonitoringDefine KPIs and track the progress of OTC system improvements.Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the OTC cycle and suggest optimizations.Documentation and ComplianceEnsure proper documentation of processes, configurations, and project milestones.Guarantee compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.Your expertise:Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related fields.5+ years of experience with SAP OTC processes.Experience in Diagnostics business.Experience operating within multiple countries across LAM.Project management certifications are a plus.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Technical Expertise:Strong understanding of SAP OTC modules and related components.Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules like SD (Sales and Distribution) and FI (Finance).Project Management Skills: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and optimizing OTC processes.Data analysis and reporting experience.Who we are:We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
