Job Summary:As the President of LATAM Region of Dyna.Ai, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our business operations in the Latin America Region, based in Mexico or Brazil.
You will drive strategic initiatives, manage key relationships, and oversee the overall expansion, growth, and profitability of the business in LATAM.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and market penetration in the LATAM Region.Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region to drive business development and revenue growth.Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform business decisions and strategic planning.Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies in the LATAM market.Drive innovation and continuous improvement in AI and Cloud Service offerings to meet the evolving needs of customers in the region.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the LATAM market.Candidate Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the Fintech technology, AI, or Cloud Service industry.
Prior experience in LATAM market is highly preferred.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI, Cloud Service, Financial, Insurance, Internet, or related industries.
Knowledge of the business operation of Banks and Non-Banks is a plus.Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve business objectives.Business Acumen: Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to develop and execute business plans, drive revenue growth, and optimize profitability.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships, negotiate contracts, and represent the company effectively.Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.Location: To be based in Mexico or Brazil, or have extensive experience working in the LATAM.#J-18808-Ljbffr
