E-Commerce Account Sales Executive The E-commerce Account Sales Executive is responsible for building, managing, and developing the e-commerce channel (pure players, on-demand, D2C) for all categories, setting and executing business plans to reach the annual target.

What You Will DoExecute E-commerce strategy to drive sales growth and conversion.Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment.Implement and track metrics for recording the success of the e-commerce channel.Create and execute compelling value propositions for each client.Manage customer negotiations in relation to Essity's commercial strategy.Partner with the marketing and digital teams and create strategies.Initiate, propose, and drive an omnichannel strategy by creating synergies and alignment across areas.Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e-commerce sales and profitability.Identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize the potential of e-commerce channels.Execute business plans to reach the annual target.Who You AreBachelor's degree.1-2 years' experience in sales/account management role (work experience preferably in the e-commerce industry).Knowledge of e-commerce.Strong ability to collaborate with local teams and influence others.Data analysis skills.Communication skills.Results-oriented.Proficiency in Excel.Advanced English.What We Can Offer YouAt Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual and empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.
