**Job Title**Ecommerce Analyst**Position Purpose**Marketing Analist - an after sales admin for the AutoZone website. The first objective of this position is to maximize customer's experience with online sales (post-sale). Responsible of supervising all post-marketing, customer orders follow up, and general business plans to make sure customer satisfaction and sales improvement. For this position, the most used tools will be Adobe Analytics and Excel.**Primary Accountabilities**- Manage and follow up of customer's orders lifecycle (open, rejects, cancels, pending, etc.) partnering with Operations, Customer Service, IT, and 3rd party systems like Cybersource and Worldpay.- Improve customers digital shopping experience by identifying key opportunities and leveraging in business process, infraestructure, functionalities and other tools. Including but not limited to Onsite Search optimization, product recommendations, etc.- Lead the complete process for key opportunities by building the right business cases based on research analysis, and customer needs, follow up with vendor selection, set timings and goals.- Create reporting and presentations based on business needs.- Assist the Ecommerce Manager in acting as a liaison between IT, other Functional Areas and Ecommerce.**Education & Experience**Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Marketing, Communications, Technology, other.Years of Experience: Minimum/no experience.Type of Experience: A recent graduate. Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel). Attention to detail.Other/Preferred: Basic analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics. Basic technical knowledge of HTML.
