We are active in our communities, driving and supporting social initiatives that benefit children, women and the environment.**Job description**- Ensure that all 'in life' content is built to brand guidelines, reflects the IKEA brand values, copy and visual identity, tone of voice and quality standards and through this contribute to an optimal digital consumer decision journey.- Plan and develop local, user-centric web content to deliver relevant information to support the customer decision journey and ensure that inspiration is delivered at the right place at the right time.- Plan the style and relevance of copy required and the frequency with which it will need updating; create schedules, agreeand follow-up on deadlines to secure that all online media and content are aligned with the regional commercial calendar, including all offers and activities to ensure that all communication is up to date.- Partner with functions (e.G. PR, marketing team, customer relations) across the organization to define and develop relevant local content in order to optimize web content and functionality.- Work in close relationship with the Web Merchandiser on directions and commerciality online.**Qualification** COMPETENCES**- Up to date knowledge of competitor activities and market trends- Have a broad understanding of copyright laws and data protection.- IKEA Brand, Culture and Values.- Understanding of user-centric web content and a strong instinct for usability and effective content organization.- Knowledge of best web content practices, browser functionality.- Good knowledge of how digital media channels can be supported by content.- Knowledge of how to maintain logical directory structure and files on web server, including the handling of naming conventions.- Knowledge of the fundamentals of grammar, syntax, style and punctuation.- Basic understanding of web coding.- Knowledge of CMS/Teamsite.- Interested in different methods of communication Interested in the worldwide web and its importance in today's society and the potential this gives IKEA.- Passion for the nuances of writing for the web and an appreciation for the needs and expectations of users
