**E-commerce Content Manager**
**Overview**
**The eContent role leads Digital Commerce content strategy working together with content developers in the region shares best practices to increase conversion.
**
**Essential Functions**
- ** Develop strategic guidelines for eTailers content strategy that drives conversion and unlocks growth**
- ** Work together with eSearch to ensure content considers key search words to achieve Top 5 rankings in Top eTailers**
- ** Work with BIG and Content Lab to develop and update assets for Digital Commerce sites**
- ** Manage content lab Digital Commerce Priorities**
- ** Constantly Asses Digital Commerce Content Process & recommend efficiencies**
- ** Lead partner to develop content to drive conversion**
- ** Drive Best Practice Sharing across the region**
- ** Lead STIBO (DAM) management working together with Global and supporting countries needs**
**Qualifications**
**Education Level**
- ** Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Design, Communication or similar.
**
- ** Advanced English required**
- ** 3-5 years of previous experience in E-commerce for large or advertising agencies.
**
- ** Experience in Multimedia Design.
**
- ** Experience and knowledge of last millers is preferred.
