As the** E-commerce Coordinator**, you will play a crucial role in supporting the E-commerce Manager by coordinating paid media campaigns, managing vendor relationships, and providing administrative support. This role requires previous experience in paid media buying, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and agency partners.

**What You'll Do**:
- ** Paid Media Coordination**: Assist in coordinating paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising channels, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and within budget.
- ** Vendor Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for media vendors and agencypartners, communicating campaign objectives, providing assets, and ensuring deliverables are met according to agreed timelines and specifications.
- **Campaign Optimization**: Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations foroptimization, including adjusting targeting, bids, and creative elements to maximize ROI andachieve campaign objectives.
- ** Reporting and Analysis**: Compile and analyze campaign performance data, preparing reports and insights to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and inform future strategy and decision-making.
- ** Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing documents, and handling inquiries from vendors and agency partners.
- ** Front-Facing Communication**: Liaise with vendors, and agency partners as needed, representing the brand professionally and ensuring clear and effective communication to facilitate collaboration and partnership.
- Assist in project management tasks, including tracking project milestones, coordinating tasks with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
**What You Need**:
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, with previous experience in paid media buying.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency in advertising analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with vendors, agency partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles or vendor management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with virtual teams.
- Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry a plus.

- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
