We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Ecommerce/CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Ecommerce/CRO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our online retail business. You will be responsible for optimizing the user experience, maximizing conversion rates, and ultimately increasing revenue across our digital platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Develop and implement strategies to improve website conversion rates, focusing on key performance indicators such as sales, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Conduct thorough analysis of user behavior and customer journey to identify pain points and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to create and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to improve conversion rates.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, iterating on strategies based on test results.
Ecommerce Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives, driving increased online sales and revenue.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead in the ecommerce landscape.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of ecommerce initiatives.
Website Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the ecommerce website, ensuring all product listings, content, and promotions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure website performance, user experience, and functionality are optimized for optimal customer engagement and conversion.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly analyze and interpret ecommerce performance data, generating comprehensive reports and actionable insights.
- Present findings to stakeholders, outlining areas for improvement and growth opportunities, and making data-driven recommendations.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Continuously enhance the online customer experience by identifying and addressing pain points, streamlining the purchase process, and improving site navigation.
- Partnership and Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to implement best practices, enhance ecommerce capabilities, and stay up-to-date with industry standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in ecommerce management, with a strong emphasis on conversion rate optimization.
- Solid understanding of ecommerce platforms, user experience principles, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other CRO techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable growth and improvements.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, SEO, and PPC campaigns is a plus.
