This role will focus on analyzing online sales performance, driving insights through data, and contributing to the optimization of the e-commerce experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in data analysis, conversion rate optimization (plus), and using analytical tools to influence business decisions.The Role:Track and Audit Online Sales on Shopify: Regularly monitor, track, and audit sales data on Shopify to ensure accurate reporting and identify opportunities for optimization.Create and Update Sales Dashboards: Design and maintain dashboards to track and control online sales performance, ensuring real-time access to key metrics and insights for the e-commerce team.Statistical Analysis: Apply a strong understanding of statistical concepts such as confidence intervals, p-values, and statistical significance to analyze e-commerce data and drive improvements.Analytical Reporting: Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant analytics platforms to generate actionable insights that drive performance improvements and enhance user experience.Reporting and Performance Metrics: Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly digital performance reports based on A/B testing, CRO activities, and other e-commerce initiatives. Highlight key insights and recommend strategies for ongoing improvement.Data-Driven Conversion Optimization: Use both qualitative and quantitative data to develop and execute a comprehensive conversion rate optimization (CRO) plan. This will involve managing testing activities and implementing data-backed changes to improve e-commerce performance.Identify and Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Conduct thorough analysis to identify the most important KPIs and performance metrics that align with e-commerce goals. Provide actionable insights based on these metrics to optimize the digital sales funnel.Website Audits & Recommendations: Perform regular website audits, analyze tracking systems, and provide recommendations to ensure accurate data measurement. This includes reviewing A/B tests and conversion optimization tactics to improve website performance.Ideal Candidate:At least 2 years of experience in a data or analytically driven role in marketing.Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.Plus: Experience working as an e-commerce strategy analyst
