****Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity****Your Impact**As **E Commerce Digital Performance Coordinator**your responsibilities would consist:- Develops and implements customized full-funnel marketing campaigns aligned with the business objectives established by each brand.- Generates insights from data obtained from analysis and bid management platforms to create innovative strategies that optimize conversion.- Collaborates with sales, marketing, and content teams to execute marketing campaigns and new initiatives.
Works with multifunctional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation.- Own relationships with different retailers for the correct implementation of campaigns, obtaining valuable data to evaluate results.- Correctly manages the Ecommerce budget, following up on payments and performing reconciliations with sales and finance teams.- Analyzes and implements key performance indicators (KPIs).- Identifies trends, opportunities, and threats within the Mexican digital market, especially in the food category.- Acts as a Retail Media expert across the corporation, as well as a data-driven leader.- Monitors and reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement.- Explores and integrates new technologies and tools to enhance marketing efforts and improve efficiency.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?
****Education**- Bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising, statistics, mathematics, business, or related field**Experience**- English and Spanish fluent professional.- Experience in working on an Agile/Scrum Methodology is a plus- Previous experience in digital marketing and Ecommerce preferred.- At least 4 years of experience in brand management, massive consumer goods or related.- Al least 2 years of experience in digital roles.- Highly-oriented results.- Consumer Centric mindset.- Search management (Amazon and WM) or programmatic media purchasing background with agency experience
