**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic and conversions.
- Manage and update the product catalog, ensuring accurate information and inventory availability.
- Optimize the user experience on the website, including navigation and checkout process.
- Analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with departments to develop digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and propose new initiatives to maintain competitiveness.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- E-commerce and marketing experience.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience in the hospitality and/or tourism industry is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Customer orientation and problem-solving abilities.
