Job Title: E-commerce LeadDepartment: SalesManager: Regional Business ManagerScope:The E-commerce Lead will promote the Company's E-commerce sales channel, executing and evolving the strategic plan through marketplaces, own website, and social networks in Mexico. You will need to understand and control the online sales process from start to finish, having a global vision of the e-business process in its diverse phases. It will be necessary to improve processes, plan, and develop commercial actions to achieve the objectives established by the Management.Duties & Responsibilities:Design the commercial strategy to obtain defined ROI.Add marketplace channels to existing ones (only for Chile, Brazil & Peru; Mexico & Colombia set up marketplaces in country).Control product SEO strategies to position the online store in the main search engines.Prepare follow-up reports with the main e-commerce metrics.Monitor the digital calendar of events, planning and executing events such as Cybermonday, Hotsale, and Black Friday.Develop price strategies in different markets, platforms, and categories on a daily basis.Control and monitor Ads strategies to direct traffic to the online store and build community on social networks through campaigns.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.Skills & Qualifications:Studying degree in sales, marketing, or administration required, or equivalent related experience.3+ years of experience in an e-commerce development role.Experience in consumer electronics or a related field.General knowledge of merchandising, branding, sales analysis, and retail advertising.Superior written and verbal skills to facilitate communication - must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.A proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.Strong analytical skills with a creative approach to idea generation and problem-solving.Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Highly developed negotiation and presentation skills.The individual must be organized, resourceful, strategic, and results-oriented.Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, forward planner, team player, and able to work in an entrepreneurial environment.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software.Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
