Your responsibilities will be:- Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to significantly increase market share across D2C sites, pure players, marketplaces, and eRetailers within the next three years.- Manage and optimize own D2C channels while aggressively expanding presence and sales on pure players and marketplaces.- Collaborate with eRetailers to maintain current leadership position while strategically transitioning to a more diversified online revenue mix.- Oversee brand representation, commercial activities, and P&L management for all online sales channels.- Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment and achievement of eCommerce objectives.- Utilize AGI and other advanced technologies to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and drive sales.- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and performance data to inform data-driven decision-making and strategy adjustments.**Who You Are**:- Proven track record in growing eCommerce businesses, particularly within the beauty or luxury industries.- Experience with D2C, pure players, marketplaces, and eRetailer management.- Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer engagement, and CRM.- Knowledge of P&L management and commercial acumen.- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
