E-commerce Marketing Specialist
We are seeking an E-commerce Marketing Specialist with a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape in Mexico. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing our brands' digital presence across whisky, tequila, vodka, ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages, and more. The main focus will be on driving seamless digital shopping experiences that outshine competitors and align with the overall business and channel strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce Growth Strategy:
o Understand and anticipate Mexico's growing e-commerce trends.
o Develop strategies that align digital commerce with the company's business and channel goals.
o Stay ahead of the competition by leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies.
2. Digital Platform and Consumer Journey Optimization:
o Analyze and enhance consumer journeys across all digital commerce platforms.
o Collaborate with technology partners to ensure our business thrives by leveraging the latest digital tools and insights.
o Test and implement global solutions to improve platform experiences.
3. Collaboration and Partnership:
o Work closely with agencies, marketing teams, commercial teams, global teams, and the CMO to ensure a cohesive approach.
o Foster strong relationships with external partners to optimize e-commerce campaigns.
4. Data Analysis & Competitive Benchmarking:
o Utilize Nielsen, ISCAM, and other relevant data sources to track brand performance, market share, and competitor activities.
o Lead consumer and business insights collection to implement strategic actions to ensure continuous growth and flawless execution.
5. Digital Shelf & Product Page Execution:
o Ensure best-in-class digital shelf execution with a focus on metadata optimization, images, and copy that resonates with consumer needs.
o Lead product page enhancements to improve discoverability and conversion rates.
6. Campaign Planning & Execution:
o Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns that align with both brand strategies and consumer connection objectives.
o Measure the impact of campaigns, ensuring they drive consumer engagement and sales growth.
7. Digital Knowledge and Expertise:
o Bring previous experience in digital marketing environments, with an excellent command of digital terminology and industry best practices.
o Stay current on evolving e-commerce trends and how they impact the marketing landscape.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably in FMCG or the liquor industry.
- Strong understanding of Mexico's e-commerce landscape and its integration with business strategies.
- Expertise in data analysis tools such as Nielsen, ISCAM, or similar.
- Experience managing campaigns across digital platforms (Amazon, MercadoLibre, etc.).
- Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external partners.
- Ability to think strategically while executing with detail-oriented precision
