Our employees play a key role and can contribute to more sustainable fashion, today and in the future.**Job Description**:The MX / CO / EC E-Commerce Merchandising Manager is responsible for running, growing, and optimizing digital sales in Mexico, Colombia, and Ecuador by creating the best customer offer on-site and through all communication channels.This position is **based in Mexico City** within our Customer Activation & Marketing function. The position reports to our MX / CO / EC E-Commerce Manager and has the following direct reports: E-Commerce Category Leads and Site Merchandisers**Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to**:Site Merchandising and Commercial Planning- Establish overall site and concept-specific strategies to drive short and long-term sales for the E-Commerce channel- Take ownership of topline commercial planning for the MX / CO / EC, partnering with the E-Commerce Manager and other team members to analyze sales development and take necessary actions to drive net selling/customer base growth- Ensure that the site across touchpoints and all media channels supports and reflects topline commercial and customer-centric vision- Partner with MX / CO / EC CX Ops Manager to maintain product presentation that is commercially engaging to most valuable customer segments. Drive traffic, conversion, and sales in a customized and personalized way by leveraging segmentation capabilities onsite and across communication channels- Work with Regional Testing & Web Optimization Analyst to secure strategic overview of A/B testing initiatives
