The E-commerce Sales Manager is responsible for:Hunting new merchants to Clip´s Checkout solution (medium and large).Prospecting new business and building business relationships from scratch.Developing a solid pipeline of leads and potential clients.Using networking to arrange meetings with potential companies.Displaying a strong understanding of our clients' needs through a consultative approach.Selling Clip solutions to help clients optimize their payment operations.Acting as an ambassador for Clip products.Working together with product, tech, and marketing teams to develop new solutions and drive new revenues to the company.Advising and educating clients on upcoming products.Achieving annual targets.At first, this is an individual contributor role with the possibility of growing fast and leading a sales acquisition team. It is essential to work in a fast-paced, competitive, and fun environment, as well as to have excellent negotiation, analysis, leadership, and communication skills in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate should have on their pipeline medium and large merchants, feel comfortable working in a team environment, and work cross-functionally with product, tech, legal, marketing, operations, and finance to build new agreements and review existing partnerships.What will I be doing?Achieve targets and results by developing strategic relationships with Merchants and decision makers.Prospect, negotiate and close deals in a short time period.Understand the E-commerce sales cycle.Explore new strategic partnerships with ecommerce platforms that may support the accelerated growth of the company.Manage internal and external stakeholders to successfully implement measurable projects and support the accelerated growth of the company.Ideal CandidateBachelor's degree.+6 years of relevant experience with emphasis in negotiation, strategic partnerships, client relationship management, and business development in the payments industry.Stakeholder management in a matrix organization is a must (internal and external).Mandatory experience in the payment industry, with a proven track record of developing sales pipelines and exceeding sales targets in digital payments (E-commerce, checkout, app, etc)
