**E-commerce Store Specialist **to join the team. As the
**E-commerce Store Specialist**, you'll be responsible for a well-run store, which includes: customer experience, and executing product, and marketing launches, among other responsibilities, you will work closely with the operations, marketing, and design teams.

The
**E-Commerce Store Specialist **must be familiar with marketing, merchandising, and some technical aspects of website building, able to work independently but also collaboratively within a team structure that is currently distributed across the marketing team, operations team, and 3rd party vendors.

This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.

**What You'll Do**:

- ** General Web Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary custodian of the e-commerce site, ensuring that all components function correctly and cohesively.
- Perform daily QA of the site to detect and troubleshoot any issues, ensuring a flawless user experience.
- Utilize Shopify platform expertise to enhance the functionality and user experience of the e-commerce site.
- ** Product Management**:

- Maintain an active inventory of approximately 50,000 SKUs, ensuring every product is represented uniquely and accurately.
- Manage product uploads and listing creation across various platforms, guaranteeing that all information is precise and well-presented.
- Manage the presentation and categorization of 30 different types of products, optimizing the site's organization and user navigation.
- Communicate online product inventory levels to the team.
- ** Product Launch / Promotion / Campaign Execution**:

- Act as a liaison between the marketing team and the website, ensuring that all promotions, campaigns, and marketing strategies are accurately and effectively reflected on the site.
- Manage and coordinate the receipt and implementation of assets from our design team, including high-quality images, messaging, and sales copy.
- Oversee the process of image resizing and optimization to ensure that visual content is presented in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
- Execute repricing, onsite messaging, discounts, etc for sales.
- Help in all ways possible including helping build and qc'ing pages.
- **Manage onsite apps**:

- Product reviews (Okendo), gift cards, loyalty, heatmaps, chat, etc. by working directly with vendors.
- ** Merchandising**:

- Homepage featured products.
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities.
- Sale page merchandising.
- Collection management.
- Continuously monitor and adjust the website in alignment with inventory levels to optimize customer experience and sales potential.
- **Manage developers and new features**:

- Manage a ticketing system and work with developers / internal teams to get tickets fixed.
- Take ownership of the e-commerce platform, adopting a proactive approach to its management and development.
- Execute regular AB testing to optimize website performance
- ** Manage CMS**:

- Tweak onsite messaging about product details, compatibility, and features.
- Basic SEO like alt tags.
- Manage site issues like 404 Redirects.

**What You Need**:

- Proven experience (2-3 years) in managing e-commerce websites, particularly on the Shopify platform.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and the ability to implement these to drive sales and improve customer experience.
- Technical proficiency with website management tools, and the ability to quickly learn and master new software.
- Experience with inventory management, preferably in a high-SKU environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both marketing teams and technical developers.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, ready to take initiative and lead the site to success.
- Strong organizational skills.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Competitive salary.
- This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
- Work from home.
- Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
