.Responsibilities:Ensures documentation for new products – master data, parts lists, work procedures, drawings, product calculations, change proceduresCooperates in introducing changes based on customer needs, design, new production procedures, etc.Coordinates the production of samplesEnsures testing, verification of processability and release of new components, quick-changeable tools for processing in serial productionCooperates in the introduction of tools to increase the efficiency of the production process, in the launch of new projects, participates in the improvement of the product portfolioMonitors compliance with technological regulations and parameters, submits proposals for resolving discrepanciesDefines production process parameters (including standard times) during prototype, project and serial phase with related documentation considering the required production output according calculation and product qualityProviding input for FMEAParticipates in the collection and evaluation of data during the statistical monitoring of processesActive collaboration in root cause analysis and mitigation of customer complaints as well as continuous improvement projectsDevelopment and creation of workstations, fixtures, gauges, etc.
