**Position Summary**
Thales is looking for an **Early Career Order Engineering **who will be primarily responsible for the development and testing of bank card chip programming for Latin America.
In this position, you will be responsible to develop and validate personalization solutions to deliver to Thales DIS factories as well as providing site support.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Collaborate with senior developers, team leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software components, identify and resolve issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, error-free code.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and code comments, to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, helping to identify and resolve software-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- ** Recent Graduate (2023/2024)** in software engineering, computer science or any relevant field.
- Knowledge of a programming language. Java, C/C++, C#, Python or JavaScript preferred.
- Python (for file generation), Jasper (for report migration), C++ (for custom COM adjustments).
- Database knowledge. SQL or Oracle preferred.
- Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency.
