Early Stage Collector

Collaborate with an American company that finances buys, and sells used cars. Maintainacceptable standards set by the department and provide an outstanding customer servicekeep customers current or lower in the delinquency stage.**Profile**:- High School Diploma or equivalent.- Two years experience in customer service or related field.- Excellent customer service skills.- Excellent communication skills.- Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).- Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.**Main Responsabilities**:- Making outbound calls.- Receiving inbound redemption calls.- Making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due.- Identifying accounts that require management review.- Providing outstanding customer service.- Maintaining required standards set by the department.**We offer**:- 18,200 gross monthly (3,500 net weekly).- Performance bonus- Food Vouchers $1400 monthly.- Savings fund- Law Benefits**Site schedule, monday to saturday, Sunday and one weekday off.****Location in Zapopan, near plaza del sol (locations)****Send your resume**:**Salary**: $15,000.00 - $18,200.00 per monthWork Location: In person
