We're growing fast and are excited to continue bringing world-class talent onboard to help shape the next chapter of our growth journey.POSITION SUMMARYThe Senior Web Designer will work as a collaborative part of EarnIn's Product team and is responsible for crafting the overall user experience of EarnIn's customer-facing web presence — including earnin.com, marketing landing pages, and special projects.
As a web designer at EarnIn, you'll play a central role in defining and expanding the website experience and the digital expression of the EarnIn brand.
You should be comfortable taking strategy briefs and conceptualizing how to best support the project's goals via our website's UX/UI design while also sweating the small things with meticulous attention to detail as you bring exciting ideas to life.
In this position, you will work closely with Product designers, the Marketing team, Copywriters, Web Engineers, and other cross-functional partners.This is a great opportunity for a hands-on designer who can take the reins and drive the strategic approach while looking to flex their visual storytelling and conceptual thinking skills for a brand eager to make an impact.
This position will be ideally hybrid from our Mexico City office as part of our expanding site location.
