Team Overview:
The Eater Engagement team for DiDi Food México, Central America and the Caribbean is looking for a data-driven, analytical and passionate individual that will support the team analyzing and structuring projects & initiatives that will allow us to increase traffic and eater frequency/retention. She/he will work closely with experts in operation in the design, analysis and execution of campaigns with impact throughout Spanish Speaking Latam as well as market intelligence and user research.

Role Responsibilities:

- Operations: Supporting with planning, execution and analysis of user retention and order frequency strategies on a country level for DiDi Food Mexico, Central America and Caribbean.
- Marketing: Developing creative strategies and insights related to promotional campaigns
- Channel management. Become an expert managing our owned channels and internal systems and work with our channel manager to plan effective ways to use and optimize these channels for all of our communication strategies to eaters.
- Competition: Analyzing pricing, features, strengths and weaknesses.
- Data analytics: Building deep conclusions to propose initiatives related to maximization of user traffic into the platform.
- Balancing attention to detail with swift execution: We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well.

Role Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Enrolled in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, Innovation and Design, Economics, or other related fields at least 1 year before graduation.
- Strong Structured and analytical thinking.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enjoys facing challenges and building things from the bottom up, since DiDi is a company of entrepreneurs.
- Ability to adapt to changes constantly.
- Strong ownership of responsibility
- Fully bilingual. Possess excellent English/Spanish reading and verbal communication skills.

**Technical Skills**:

- Excel and MS Office (required)
- SQL (required)
- R, Python or MATLAB (recommended)
- Tableau or Power Query (nice to have)
