**Main Purpose**: Plan and lead the implementation of the EBP (Enterprise/Integrated Business Planning) project and coordinate contribution of all stakeholders (from investment project charter until agreed sustained performance is established) to achieve the project defined capability to support the business for either or all of them. Ensure consistency and aligmenet in the EBP project execution respecting timing and budget, by managing a cross-functional and multidisciplinary team whose objective is to assure that the EBP brings the expected benefits.**Key Experience**:1. Managing and delivering complex transformational projects ("making it happen"): 9-12 years experience on an international consulting team, projects were defined and budgeted, assessed and implemented2. Leading groups of international people (multicultural diversity), in different environments and situations while not having formal authority over all of the3- Integration of project teams; definitions of roles and responsibilities (resource management)5- Effective communication at different levels of the organization (Business, Management, etc.)**Key Outputs**:1. Before starting the project design phase: Define the project team needed to accomplish the project targets and lead the project planning that conducts to the project approval (AIP). Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Build the investment project charter and see to it that it is strictly followed throughout the project.2. During project design phase: Defined EBP scope and pricinples, organize and lead the design team solution to accomplish while mobilizing all the required resources and keeping on board all stakeholders. Lead the project team and stakeholders to the required design freeze.3. During the project implementation phase: lead the team and coordinate the contribution of all the stakeholders, to get the project implemented in accordance with the defined timing, cost and quality. Manage the required interactions outside Nestlé to get the resources for the projects. Lead the procurement activities (p.O. approval limit 100KCHF).4. During the start-up phase of the project: lead the project team and the start-up manager and her/his team and coordinate the contribution of all the stakeholders, to assure a smooth handover to operations, after the qualification and the verification of the installation.Prepare and distribute the project documentation, including project final report and feedback to the Maintenance Prevention System.Assure that the investment project charter has been fulfilled.Ensure that the project scope is achieved within the agreed cost and timing
