This includes creating/defining the best experience for the delivery of eCommerce product solutions based on our consumer portfolio, analyze information, and problem-solving through data interpretation. You will also act as an advisor with Account Managers/Stakeholders on projects and work as a team in a fast-paced digital/eCommerce environment.- Be the go-to resource regarding product related solutions in a variety of eCommerce Business platforms:- Business to Consumer (Online Store and Retail)- Business to Business- Work from Home- Collaborative Design Experience- Work with our Account Managers/Stakeholders on projects to provide deliverables and execute on necessary action items.- Provide input, insight and recommendations to global team working to improve asset development for online tools.- Optimizes new product configuration and life cycle management to ensure the best shopping experience.- Manages and coordinates product building enhancement executed on Catalog Builder and Enable tools.- Analyze product usability and make recommendations based on expertise regarding modifying the offering of product finishes and options.- Analyze and solve product related issues in Catalog Services and Enable platforms (configuration, pricing, validation etc.).- Partners and communicates effectively with sales, developers, marketing, and design to address product related matters.- Escalate and follow-up on product components that feed the final customer experience.- Focus on the end-user and are eager to enter agile collaborations within multidisciplinary teams.- Work in an Agile methodology, delivering results via 2-week Sprints.**Who you are**:- Digital Dexterity: Adapt and adopt existing and emerging technologies and systems effectively.- Critical Thinking: Conceptualizing, applying, analyzing, synthesizing, and evaluating product data to transform it into a digital experience.- Adaptability: Adjust to a changing digital environment according to the business needs.- End-user focused: Are eager to enter Agile methodology collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
