Ecat Supply Assurance Professional

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Assurance Professional to oversee and enhance the order management process for electronic card assembly. Key Responsibilities: Supply Oversight: Manage supply chain operations across the plant, coordinating with internal and external networks to address and resolve shortage issues effectively. Problem-Solving: Identify and analyze supply challenges, implement innovative solutions, and address recurring issues to ensure smooth operations. Leadership & Coaching: Provide guidance and support to a team of analysts, ensuring excellence in order management processes. Process Improvement: Develop and refine procedures to optimize the order management workflow and ensure i seamless implementation. Collaboration: Work closely with Buyers, Technical Procurement, and Engineering to foster effective communication and achieve common goals. Supply Security: Partner with the Material Management team to establish robust strategies for supply assurance. Client Interface: Liaise with internal clients to understand procurement requirements for new initiatives and projects. Quality & Delivery Management: Address quality concerns, delivery delays, and other supply chain anomalies. Develop mitigation plans and monitor corrective actions to minimize impact. Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to established processes by implementing and maintaining control measures. Component Sourcing: Assist in sourcing procurement components and obtaining competitive price quotes.
