**Job Details**ECN CoordinatorWhat you will do?Under general direction, administrates the introduction of new aftermarket kits related to NPI projects, integrates materials and necessary components for their fabrication and kitting process. Also designs local Aftermarket kits administrating its introduction to the Parts Centers. Elaborates material specifications. Authorizes alternatives suppliers for components and services. Assists and give technical support to our Aftermarket Parts teams.How you will do it?- With minimum guidance creates aftermarket kits- Created and Manages to completion Critical Retrofit ECNs- Solves escalated Parts ID cases on Sales Force- Supports BPC team and other locations with engineering related questions that pop up- Addresses No Longer Available (NLA) components by finding a replacement or by creating a retrofit.- Liaison between Procurement/Quality/Operations and Global Engineering.- Selects and authorizes alternatives suppliers in conjunction with Global Engineering.- Analyses and helps to solve warranty issues, shipping issues, etc.- Reviews ECN- Determines actions required (Controlled documents, WindChill updates, REV updates, BOM changes, PIP updates, REV changes, software changes, etc.)- Assigns the ECN to the correct team members based on what is needed- Tracks status of ECNs- Provides monthly reports for our key metricsWhat we look for?- Engineer Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in electricity, electronics and air conditioning, production processes and manufacturing processes, knowledge on PROE, WindChill, Solidworks, ACAD, SAP, and MAPICS software; direct project management experience is a plus.- Bilingual English/Spanish, strong customer service culture, able to work and lead teams from different countries, able to travel up to 20% of the time and a strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office Suite, etc.
