.Primary function of this position is to define, execute, maintain and measure Milwaukee?s digital shelf marketing plans across a diverse set of retail, industrial and ecommerce partners. Is responsible for building relationships and developing plans to increase sales and profitability**Responsibilities**:Drive sales by creating, executing and communicating strategic business plans to grow sales. Monitor actual results vs. the plan throughout the year, making adjustments when appropriate. Research and acquire new product placement opportunities within the account. Work with product and channel teams to develop promotional programs to drive sales opportunities. Develop accurate shipment plans with demand planning to ensure fill rates. Analyze POS trends for risks and opportunities on a national and regional levelAct as a liaison between account and internal departments create interdepartmental relationships between the accounts and Milwaukee Electric Tool's internal departments as needed.Maintain contact with Milwaukee Electric Tool's distribution center to provide feedback on the distribution services being provided and recommend ways to improve the level of service as needed.Define the go-to-market strategy and digital merchandising deployment across existing customers within omnichannel retail, omnichannel industrial, pureplay ecommerce and marketplaces.Assemble digital shelf analytics to pinpoint actionable insights to marketing and sales leadership.Own the digital merchandising calendar and work cross functionally to define priorities within a dynamic/ever changing competitive and digital environment.Heavy focus on cross-functional projects where you will both define strategy and work through tactics leveraging your blend of analytical and creative skills.Lead retail price maintenance strategy and execution to ensure success for online customers including online partners onboarding, IMAPcompliance success and online seller programs.Be a resource for training and change within our marketing and sales culture; you will become the voice of truth across ever-changing ecommerce & omnichannel channel.Develop and execute launch plans and marketing strategies for new product introductions/launches for ecommerce customers.Stay ahead of ecommerce & omnichannel trends, opportunities, competitive threats and learnings from other industries.Recommend the optimal product assortment across all brands, utilizing category management techniques, market information and end user research.Manage approved channel specific expense budgets. Assist with the development of channel budget.Collect/develop and analyze sales reports and market feedback from internal sources, customer feedback, and other sources to identify key issues, trends, opportunities and market share growth/decline for use in marketing and sales planning purposes
